Dana Catapano is the Director of Community Engagement at NJ 211. Throughout her seven years, Dana has held key roles across the organization—including marketing, database management, and the contact center—giving her a well-rounded perspective on service delivery and community needs.

In her current role, Dana oversees NJ 211’s outreach strategy, website, resource database, and innovative text messaging platform. Her work focuses on strengthening connections between residents and critical services, building and nurturing relationships with current and future partners, and using technology to enhance community impact.

Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing, combining her passion for people with a strategic approach to engagement and collaboration.
