Todd Jordan, Ph.D., is Vice President of Community Impact and Executive Director of 211 at United Way of Greater Kansas City. He brings over a decade of leadership in nonprofit strategy, public policy, and systems-level community change. A native of Lenexa, Kansas, Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Kansas and completed his Ph.D. in Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Dallas, with a focus on organizational change, policy analysis, and urban planning. He joined United Way of Wyandotte County in 2015, later serving as President and CEO and playing a central role in the 2020 merger with United Way of Greater Kansas City. Todd currently leads regional investments, data innovation, and 211 operations that connect thousands to essential services each year. He serves on the boards of the Community Health Council of Wyandotte County, KC Health Collaborative, Local Area III Workforce Investment Board, Reliance Credit Union, and Urban Neighborhood Initiative.
