Myria Ming is a dynamic operations leader with more than 25 years designing, managing, and scaling contact center systems. As Director of the 211 Helpline at United Way of the Midlands, she leads a 24/7 multi-state service link connecting people to essential resources. She also serves as Vice President of the Inform USA Iowa-Nebraska affiliate and is active in the Women’s Fund Circle Omaha, bringing both strategic insight and community-minded leadership to every role.
