Kaitlynn has been with the Michigan Association of United Ways since 2012 and currently serves as the President and CEO. Her current work supports more than 30 Local United Ways across the state of Michigan by helping to provide education, tools, and space that assists them in becoming stronger, more agile, and more powerful agents of change. She is passionate about strategic, systems-wide thinking, continuous process improvement, and authentic servitude of her community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University. Kaitlynn currently resides in East Lansing with her husband, daughter, and chocolate lab.
