Lindsay Paulsen is the 211 Data Resources Manager at United Way of the Midlands in Omaha, NE. She holds CRS and CRS-DC certifications and serves on the AIRS Board of Directors.

After completing her Bachelor of Social Work degree at Dana College, she discovered her passion for connecting people to accurate information when they need it most. When she’s not at the computer, Lindsay enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three daughters.
