Ninette Irabaruta has been with United Way of Southern Maine since 2021, began as Director of Public Policy and Advocacy before being promoted to her current role as Senior Director of Community Engagement & Outreach. She is a strategic leader committed to social transformation through community development, policy advocacy, and cross-sector partnerships.
