Matt Scott is a seasoned policy strategist with deep ties to New York’s legislative landscape and extensive experience in critical infrastructure and health care policy. He previously served as a senior legislative aide to Representative Lee Zeldin (R-NY), where he played a vital role in supporting the work of the House Financial Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, in addition to handling the Congressman’s health care portfolio. In his time on Capitol Hill, Matt developed strong relationships across the New York delegation, working closely with key stakeholders to advance health care and infrastructure policies. His background also includes roles with the U.S. House Committee on Ethics, as a senior research analyst for American Crossroads, and as a district field director for Representative Zeldin’s 2016 campaign. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America.
