Kristie Small is the Director of the United Way Worldwide Partnership at the AFL-CIO, a role she has held for the past five years. In this capacity, she leads national-level collaboration efforts focused on strengthening communities through labor and nonprofit partnerships. Kristie brings over two decades of experience in public service and policy, including a long standing 14-year tenure on Capitol Hill.
