Since transitioning to state government in 2020, Indiana 211 has continued to identify ways to evolve and transform into an operation which:

  • Focuses on the needs of those with whom Indiana 211 interacts
  • Identifies opportunities to present to the organizations that are working one-on-one with individuals across the state who can benefit from Indiana 211 resources
  • Works with the same budget while continuing to deliver resources, referrals, and follow-ups with those in need
