Tara Morse
Executive Director, Indiana 211
State of Indiana FSSA
Tara Morse is the Executive Director of Indiana 211 for the State of Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. The Indiana 211 program has expanded to not only connecting Hoosier to local resources, but also specific lines of business to address rent, utility and childcare assistance. Under Tara's leadership, the agency vision is that every Hoosier can connect to a known and trusted source of information and resources that support their well-being and resilience. Since its transition, Indiana 211 has continued to evolve and transform to become the trusted source of truth for resources in Indiana. Tara and team recognize that supporting well-being and resilience looks different based on life experiences, and success occurs when Indiana 211 creates equity by providing people with what they need to succeed, which is not the same for everyone. Tara is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has spent her career in various capacities within the Family and Social Services Administration, in all aspects of human service program delivery. Tara holds a master’s degree in counseling from Butler University.
