Description
There’s a critical balance when maintaining a large resource database. How does 211 maintain a local presence and build local relationships while also standardizing and collaborating to ensure consistency across a statewide (or "an extensive") network? PA 211 works with multiple regions, utilizes various technologies, and employs a collaborative model to maximize the talent of our database specialists while embarking on a large-scale resource overhaul. Throughout this process, we’ve learned many lessons about our strengths and unique needs that apply to many 211s.
