Elizabeth Andrade is the Executive Director of 2-1-1 Orange County at Orange County United Way. She leads strategy, operations, and innovation across the 211 contact center, GetHelpOC platform, and the county’s HMIS system. With nearly 20 years in nonprofit leadership, Elizabeth is passionate about using data and technology to improve care coordination and community outcomes. She holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership, and she serves on several collaborative efforts focused on equity and access to care.
