United Way of Delaware
Audrey Cooper is a Child Development Specialist with the Help Me Grow Centralized Access Point (CAP) at Delaware 211. In this role she supports families as they complete early childhood developmental screenings and access Delaware’s Birth to Three Early Intervention and Home Visiting programs. As the ASQ Compliance Team Lead, she works closely with DOE and local childcare providers to ensure efficient rollout of the new, statewide, 0-3 developmental screening mandate.

A dedicated community advocate, she provides I&R services to callers with children, working to ensure that families have effective connection with resources, and improving access for families who speak Spanish. Her diverse background in mental health, perinatal care, and disability services inform her work with DE 211/HMG, and the training support she provides to new 211 team members. As a member of the Help Me Grow Advisory Committee she enjoys collaborating with the programs in the Help me Grow framework to improve early childhood outcomes, and make accessing services easy and efficient for families throughout the state.

Audrey is also a certified Birth Doula, and finds joy in partnering with families in her community as they journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. When not working she enjoys thrifting, beach days, trips to the library, and lazy afternoons at home with her husband and cats.
