Eric has worked at United Way of America/Worldwide since April 1999 starting as Outcome Measurement Director for Success By 6®, the United Way network of early childhood initiatives in 350 communities. In his current position as Director, Learning and Leadership Development he supports the Next-Generation Leaders Initiative for high-potential UW staff. At UWW he has also produced learning solutions to advance United Way’s Thriving United Way framework with a focus on revenue diversification and equitable community impact.

Before his efforts on the national stage, he worked at the United Way of Southeast Louisiana where his responsibilities included data gathering, strategic planning, community investment, community initiatives, and training on outcome measurement issues. In New Orleans he was also a respected jazz musician and arts entrepreneur. In 1992 Eric Glaser received his bachelor’s degree with honors in General Studies with a Management/Urban Studies concentration and he received a Master of Public Administration in 1994, both from the University of New Orleans.
