This session will explore how the Next Generation Leaders Initiative has harnessed these tools from the Institute for the Future, applying Strategic Foresight to real United Way challenges, including mapping the future of 211. You will hear from Candice Kardulis, Director of 211 HHS Quality and Reporting for United Way of Connecticut, on how this approach has helped shape agile, future-focused plans for 211 in her state.
