Candice Kardulis is the Director of Quality and Reporting at United Way of CT | 211 Health and Human Services, where she leads cross-functional projects focused on innovation, AI, and data-driven solutions. She brings a diverse background with experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including five years as an Operations Manager. Candice is passionate about continuous improvement and collaborative leadership. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated wife, mother of three, and an avid gardener pursuing certification through the UConn Master Gardener program. She believes that “when you stop learning, you stop leading” and is honored to be part of the UWW NextGen Leadership cohort.
