Zuleima Flores-Abid serves as the 211 Special Projects Manager for United Ways of California, where she advances the 211 Operating Partnership’s goals by managing collaborative initiatives such as the Cell-Ed Caring4Cal Program, California 211 Shared Data Repository, and the CA UW/211 Data Exchange Framework (DxF) Collaborative. Previously, as Director of Community Impact at United Way of San Joaquin County, she engaged and mobilized diverse populations through advocacy and programming, working closely with the SJ Family Resource Center—the local 211 provider—to serve over 4,000 community members through the San Joaquin County Connected Communities Network (CCN). Zuleima also contributed to projects focused on financial mobility, housing, homelessness, and health equity. She is a proud resident of the Central Valley community and resides with her husband and son in Patterson, CA.
