Hotel Room Block
A pre-negotiated room rate (standard room: $209 USD / night + taxes & fees) is offered at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. A booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation email to secure your hotel within the conference room block. Book early to take advantage of the conference room block and discounted rates. Rates and accommodations at the hotel before and after the event are not guaranteed; please contact the hotel directly for that information. The hotel booking deadline is June 16, 2025.
