Whether you are new to 211 or have served in the 211 network for years, you will discover valuable opportunities to exchange local insights, share best practices, and gain fresh perspectives that support your mission.
Designed with input from 211 leaders across North America, this unique event brings together staff at all levels to connect, collaborate, and grow—both personally and professionally. Through peer-driven learning, energizing discussions, and interactive sessions, 211 Thrive empowers attendees to return to their teams with renewed purpose and practical tools for growth.
Who Should Attend
The 211 Thrive conference is designed for the entire 211 network, including 211 staff at all levels (community resource specialists, database curators, call center managers, and 211 executive leaders), United Way staff, and independent 211 partners such as local government employees and nonprofit organizations.

Provide participants with the knowledge and resources to address emerging community needs, focusing on areas such as housing, utility assistance, disaster preparedness, and resource management.

Inspire a shared sense of purpose and belonging within the 211 network, so that participants leave feeling reenergized, valued, and connected to a broader mission of 211.
We are pleased to offer an early bird attendee registration fee of $200 for current staff of 211 providers or coordinating entities, as well as other non-profit or government employees and approved community partners. Register by October 6, 2025 to access this discounted rate. The standard registration fee is $300 per person and applies from October 6 until October 26. For your convenience, a pre-negotiated room rate is offered at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. A booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation email to secure your hotel within the conference room block.
Employees of both local United Ways and state associations of United Ways may also apply for a $1,000 travel stipend to help offset conference costs.
